McKinney, Texas – McKinney will have a unique and private getaway for owners of luxury and exotic cars coming in the summer of 2025. Currently under development at the intersection of Virginia Parkway and Hardin Boulevard, Elite Garages of McKinney is a high-end storage and social place for North Texas vehicle enthusiasts. Apart from top-tier facilities, the $20 million facility will offer a distinctive community ambiance catered for people who enjoy rare and valuable cars, boats, and recreational vehicles.

Elite Garages of McKinney will feature 63 customizable private garages, each ranging from 1,300 to 1,400 square feet. The garages are meant to be more than just places to park; they are customizable private havens where owners may display their favorite cars or construct a customized workshop space. While individuals wishing for a more permanent investment can buy one of these special areas for about $375,000, monthly rental rates begin at $2,500. Designed by Dallas’s LGE Design Build, the luxury facility is the newest project of Platinum Advisors LLC based in Scottsdale.

“The demand for secure, high-end storage options is growing, particularly among car collectors and RV owners who need more space than a typical residential garage can provide,” said Jim Riggs, developer and founder of Elite Garages of McKinney.

Riggs saw the need for a dedicated area for high-value vehicles that would beyond the capacity of conventional garages and observed the proliferation of luxury projects across North Texas. By catering to that specific demand, this new business gives owners a chance to securely keep and present their collections in a regulated, high-security surroundings.

Beyond the garages, Elite Garages of McKinney will have a members-only clubhouse with facilities meant to strengthen the feeling of community among its customers. Along with showers and a combination of private meeting areas and conference rooms, the clubhouse will offera a fully equipped kitchen.
