Lone Star CASA seeks sponsors for Cheers for CASA campaign in Rockwall

Rockwall, Texas – Businesses in Rockwall and Kaufman counties have a unique chance to give back to their communities this November through the “Cheers for CASA” program. This is a new campaign by Lone Star CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) to help children who have been abused or neglected.

Lone Star CASA has been serving Rockwall and Kaufman counties for three decades

For 30 years, Lone Star CASA has been fighting for the best interests of children in need by representing them in court in Rockwall and Kaufman counties. They work hard to make sure that these kids find safe, long-term homes as soon as possible. Now, they’re asking businesses in the area to join a good cause that helps the kids they take care of and the local economy.

The “Cheers for CASA” campaign is simple, yet it makes huge difference. Businesses that want to take part are asked to pick a food or drink item from their menu and promise to donate a piece of its sales to Lone Star CASA’s important community work during the month of November. Residents can directly support a good cause by shopping at their favorite local businesses, thanks to this creative idea.

Cheers for CASA campaign is beneficial for both companies involved in the program and kids in need

The November campaign for Lone Star CASA, according to their website, is a way to support local companies in Rockwall and raise important funds for kids in need. Every purchase makes a direct impact on the health and safety of the kids in our communities. Local businesses can also consider sponsoring the Greater Rockwall Youth Symphony. They are also seeking sponsors.

Businesses that want to join the campaign only need to do three easy things. First, they choose a promotional item and email Lone Star CASA with the information. Next, CASA makes customized marketing materials for each business. These materials spread the word about the project through many channels, highlighting the contributions of the businesses. Around the end of November, companies will give CASA a pre-agreed percentage of their sales.

This group effort to help others doesn’t end when money changes hands. Businesses that take part will be recognized by CASA for their kindness and community spirit, and their efforts will celebrated on social media, in marketing emails, and in press releases.

Lone Star CASA’s goal has always been clear: to give abused and mistreated children trained Volunteer Advocates to speak up for them. With help from campaigns like “Cheers for CASA,” they can keep doing their good job and make sure that no child’s plea goes unheard.
