Rockwall, Texas – Beau Arceneaux, a resident of Rockwall, was almost done with his 10-year probation when the court suddenly changed its mind and told him he had to go to jail instead. Beau Arceneaux was originally found guilty of a home invasion robbery in Wichita Falls in 2014. He will now spend six years in prison because his probation was taken away.
Beau Arceneaux broke important rules of his probation
Beau Arceneaux was out on a probation after he was sentenced for an incident that happened in 2013 on Featherston Street in Wichita Falls. In 2013, he terrified a neighborhood by forcing three people to confess to having a gun in their home and demanding money. The court’s light punishment, ten years of probation, has now turned into harsher punishment.
After Beau Arceneaux broke important rules of his probation, prosecutors had to file for a termination. Records show that he clearly didn’t care about the rules that were set, pointing out that he didn’t show up to the probation office when he was supposed to.
To make things even worse for himself, Beau Arceneaux moved to Rockwall without getting the proper permissions from the authorities. This was a big mistake that made authorities even more determined to put him in prison.
Beau Arceneaux was arrested several times for multiple offenses during the years
But Beau Arceneaux is well-known offender to the authorities as he has past records of breaking the law in numerous occasions. He had other run-ins with the law besides the Wichita Falls episode.
During the probation period, Beau Arceneaux was caught with large amount of drugs in his vehicle. According to court records, Beau Arceneaux was arrested in Clay County in 2018 as officers found over 25 pounds of marijuana, a lot of THC oil, and several Xanax pills.

In addition, Arceneaux’s record was already bad because of a fight he got into in 2011. He was arrested by Rockwall police on charges of aggravated attack with a deadly weapon. This was the start of a long line of criminal problems that would follow him for years.
In its most recent order, the court combines three robbery terms into a single prison term. Beau Arceneaux will serve these sentences at the same time over six years.
