Rockwall, Texas – San Antonio-based grocery store giant, H-E-B, is steadily making its mark in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Well-known for its commitment to quality and community-centric approach, the store’s loyal customer base eagerly anticipates its continued expansion.
The latest buzz? Rockwall will be home to its very own H-E-B. The residents, however, will need to have a little patience. The popular San Antonio-based grocery store chain has been slowly expanding its presence in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth region. H-E-B will try to get a share on the market competing with other nationally recognized brands like Kroger Rockwall and Target Rockwall.
H-E-B will open its store in Rockwall in 2025
While the construction for the Rockwall store is slated to begin next year, the store’s opening might be pushed to 2025. The chosen location is strategic, set for the intersection of John King Boulevard and Interstate 30. Situated close to the Honda auto dealership on the southwest side, it is expected to be easily accessible to the locals.
The announcement for the Rockwall store wasn’t the only good news for the locals. These stores don’t just bring groceries – they bring employment opportunities.
H-E-B’s expansion doesn’t stop at the east side of the Metroplex. On the west side of the Metroplex, H-E-B is working on stores in Mansfield and the Alliance neighborhood in far north Fort Worth.
With these consistent additions, H-E-B further solidifies its reputation as a beloved grocery store, reaching more Texans and ensuring that quality groceries are never out of reach.
