Mesquite, Texas – Mesquite Independent School District (ISD) showed a wonderful act of kindness last Thursday, December 19, by giving $28,000 to the Mesquite Police Department’s Santa Cop Program. With the Santa Cop Program—which has grown to be a beloved tradition in the Mesquite community—spread delight to over 1,300 children from 421 homes this holiday season. Santa Cop 2024 reached one of its most successful years to date with the donation this year plus other gifts from various supporters, thereby assuring that no kid goes without a gift to over the festive season.

Mesquite ISD has been among the most devoted sponsors of the program so far.
