Rubber Duck Regatta and Jeep Festival returns to Rockwall on October 11, 2025 with new features

Rockwall, Texas – The beloved Rubber Duck Regatta and Jeep Festival will be back in 2025. It will take place on Saturday, October 11, at The Harbor in Rockwall. The yearly event is now in its 13th year and is getting bigger and more popular every year. It promises a full day of fun, community spirit, and giving to charity.

What is the Rubber Duck Regatta and Jeep Festival

The Rubber Duck Regatta and Jeep Festival is a fun and important event that happens every fall in Rockwall. The Big Duck sprint is the most exciting part of the celebrations. Thousands of bright yellow rubber ducks are unleashed into the Harbor fountains and sprint to the finish line. Every duck you buy for $10 goes to help two local nonprofits: the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Texas (BGCNETX) and Grace Clinic.

Rubber Duck Regatta and Jeep Festival main prize is brand-new 2025 Jeep Wrangler

This year, the stakes are considerably greater. The winning duck will get a brand-new 2025 Jeep Wrangler as a prize, which makes the race not only exciting but also possibly life-changing. Duck adoptions officially started on July 1, and the people in the community are expected to come out in large numbers to support the cause.

The Rock – Rockwall Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is putting on this year’s event, which seems like it will be bigger and more colorful than ever. Along with the duck race, there will be a lot of other fun things to do, like live music, a huge kids’ zone, food trucks, and merchants selling handmade goods. Jeep fans will be happy to see the Jeep Show & Shine come again. It has a great selection of customized Jeeps from all over the area.

The Texas-OU tailgate zone is new to the 2025 lineup. It’s a tribute to the Red River Rivalry, which brings college football fans together for food, games, and lots of loud cheering. Organizers think that the tailgate will make an already busy day even more entertaining.

Rubber Duck Regatta and Jeep Festival supports two organizations

There is a greater purpose to the event than just having fun. The money from duck adoptions and sponsorships goes to BGCNETX, which helps young people in Northeast Texas by giving them safe places to be and activities that improve their lives. It also goes to Grace Clinic, which gives free or low-cost medical treatment to adults in the community who don’t have insurance or can’t afford it.

According to the Rubber Duck Regatta and Jeep Festival organizers, every duck you adopt helps change a life. Yes, it’s about having fun, but it’s also about being there for your neighbors and helping two groups who do amazing work in Rockwall and beyond.

Community businesses are encouraged to get involved by applying to be a vendor or sponsor. Rubber Duck Regatta and Jeep Festival not only gets people talking about local brands, but it also links them with thousands of people in a fun and friendly environment.

For those interested in adopting ducks, it’s a simple process. Ducks can be purchased online at www.rockwallduckrace.org, and there’s no limit on the number of ducks one can adopt. All duck entries must be received by October 11, 2025, the day of the race. Participants don’t have to be present to win, and winners will be contacted using the information provided during the purchase.

The Rubber Duck Regatta and Jeep Festival 2025 is free event

The Rubber Duck Regatta and Jeep Festival 2025 is free and open to everyone; however, organizers want everyone to know that all rules and raffle rules will be strictly followed. The people who win the Jeep will have to pay taxes, fees, and other expenditures that come with transferring and registering the car. The car will have less than 2,000 kilometers on it and will be brought straight from the dealer.
